The Horizon Medium Ring Pendant takes the collection's circular form up to 800mm across, giving it enough scale to work as a genuine focal point rather than a supporting light. The teak veneer ring curves gently around an acrylic diffuser, so the light reads as a soft glowing halo rather than a sharp outline.
The teak veneer finish
The ring is made from natural teak wood veneer, which means the grain pattern and colour will shift subtly around its circumference and from one pendant to the next. It pairs naturally with timber flooring, oak or walnut furniture and warm neutral schemes, and at this diameter the veneer's texture is one of the first things people notice about the room.
How it works
Light comes from an integrated 58W LED module built into the ring, producing around 2050 lumens of warm white 3000K light. There's no bulb to source or replace, but the fitting is non dimmable and won't work on a dimmer circuit. It's Class II rated, so no earthed supply is needed, and the drop can be set anywhere from roughly 59.5cm to 319.5cm during installation.
Where it works best
This is the largest ring in the Horizon range, so it works best over a substantial dining table, a kitchen island, or as a statement piece in an open plan living space with the height to let it hang properly. At 9kg it's a heavier fitting than the rest of the collection, so it's worth confirming your ceiling has a secure, load rated fixing point before installation, and checking the drop range against your ceiling height if you're planning to hang it over a stairwell or double height space.
