Quintiesse Harper 7 Light Chandelier - Polished Nickel

The largest fitting in the Harper collection, this seven light chandelier scales up the same industrial framework into a genuine centrepiece. Seven arms, each finished with a plated smoke glass globe, radiate out from a polished nickel frame that keeps the exposed, machinery inspired hardware of the smaller Harper pieces but gives it considerably more presence.

The frame is steel, plated in polished nickel for a cool, bright finish that reads as tailored rather than flashy. Each of the seven lamp positions carries its own plated smoke glass globe, the tint softening the bulb glow and lending the piece a slightly warmer character than the metalwork alone would give it. It sits comfortably against dark joinery, black window frames, or other nickel and chrome fittings already in the room.

How it works

Seven E14 LED bulbs are required, not supplied. The drop adjusts between 100.3cm and 237.5cm, a wide enough range to work over a standard ceiling or well up into a double height space. Fit dimmable bulbs and the chandelier dims; fit standard bulbs and it simply switches on and off as normal. This is a Class I fitting, so it must run from an earthed supply and be installed by a qualified electrician. The chandelier, its chain or rod and ceiling fixings are all included; the bulbs are down to you.

Where it works best

Measuring 90.8cm high and 81.3cm across, this is a chandelier for a room built to take a large centrepiece, a big dining room, an open plan living and kitchen space, or a stairwell with enough height to use the full adjustable drop. At 15kg it's a genuinely heavy fitting, so before installation it's worth confirming your ceiling has a secure, load rated fixing point rated for that weight.
