Quintiesse Grant Single Large Wall Lantern - Burnished Bronze

Scaled up for a bigger impact, the Grant Single Large Wall Lantern keeps the same sweeping curved roof and bold handle as the rest of the family but adds enough extra height and projection to suit grander porches, gate piers and period house fronts.

Burnished Bronze finish

Quintiesse describes many of its finishes as drawing on artisan techniques, and this Burnished Bronze has the uneven depth of colour associated with a hand applied patina rather than a flat, sprayed coat. Paired with the clear seeded glass, it has a traditional, substantial look suited to stone porches, brick gate piers and heavier period doors.

How it works

The lantern is fitted for 1 x E27 LED bulb, not supplied, and dims smoothly with a dimmable bulb fitted; without one, expect simple on and off switching. Wiring follows a standard exterior wall light circuit for a qualified electrician.

Where it works best

At 48.3cm high, 21.6cm wide and projecting 23.9cm, this is the largest of the wall mounted Grant lanterns, well suited to grand entrances, either side of a gate, or taller porch walls where a smaller fitting would look undersized. At 5kg it's noticeably heavier than its siblings, so it's worth checking the wall fixing is sound, especially on render or older masonry, before installing.
