Quintiesse Grant Single Large Pedestal Lantern - Burnished Bronze

Unlike the wall mounted lanterns in the Grant collection, this is a freestanding pedestal lantern, made to sit on a post or plinth along a path, driveway or garden boundary. It carries the same curved roof and glazed lantern head as the rest of the family, but its tall, upright form makes it a focal point in its own right rather than a wall accent.

Burnished Bronze finish

The cast aluminium body is finished in Burnished Bronze, with clear seeded glass panels that let light escape in a soft, dappled pattern rather than a hard glare. It weathers well outdoors and suits stone gate piers, brick walls, gravel driveways and traditional planting.

How it works

The lantern is fitted for 1 x E27 LED bulb, not supplied, and dims if a dimmable bulb is used, otherwise it works as a simple on and off fitting. It's designed to be wired into a pedestal or post base rather than fixed flat to a wall, so check your chosen post or plinth suits the fixing before ordering.

Where it works best

Standing 64.8cm tall with a 21.6cm depth, this is a substantial fitting best used flanking a driveway entrance, marking the start of a path, or standing either side of a gate where its height can be properly appreciated. At 5.5kg it needs a stable, securely fixed post or plinth beneath it rather than a lightweight or freestanding support.
