Quintiesse Flora 10 Light Linear Chandelier - Burnished Gold

Flora is a linear chandelier that treats lighting as sculpture. Ten lights are cradled inside hand painted floral forms that unfold along a long steel frame, a design from the Lisa McDennon Collection that turns a run of bulbs into a single botanical centrepiece over a table.

The burnished gold finish

This version is finished in a warm burnished gold that catches the light along the full 152.4cm run, with the colour settling deeper into the recesses of each moulded petal. It has an antique warmth that sits comfortably with walnut or oak tables, marble surfaces and brass hardware, making it a natural fit for a dining room that already leans traditional or transitional.

How it works

Flora takes 10 x 40W E14 bulbs, which are not supplied. Dimming will only work if dimmable bulbs are fitted. It is a Class I fitting, so it needs an earthed electrical supply and should be installed by a qualified electrician. The drop is adjustable from 78.6cm to 383.4cm, letting you set the height at installation, and a generous 508mm x 102mm canopy conceals the wiring at the ceiling.

Where it works best

Its width and linear shape were built for runs, over a long dining table or along a kitchen island, where a single row of ten lights reads as one continuous piece rather than a row of separate pendants. The wide adjustable drop range also makes it easier to fit into rooms with higher or lower ceilings, so it is worth checking that range against your own ceiling height before ordering.
