Quintiesse Fayton Small LED IP44 Wall Light - Matte Gold

Scaled down from the Medium, the Fayton Small stands 35.5cm high on the same slender 9cm wide body, with ribbed glass wrapped around an integrated LED to soften a single light source into a gentle glowing column. Its shorter height suits spaces where a full length fitting would dominate.

Matte gold finish

In matte gold, the Fayton Small takes on a warmer, more decorative character, the brushed tone catching ambient light across its aluminium and steel body. Quintiesse describes many of its finishes as hand applied and brushed by hand, a process that gives the gold a soft, non reflective quality rather than a hard mirror shine, and it pairs naturally with brass hardware, warm wood tones or muted wall colours.

How it works

A 14W integrated LED produces 985 lumens of warm white 3000K light, so there's no separate bulb required. It's dimmable when wired to a compatible dimmer switch, and runs from a Class II, double insulated supply, meaning no earth connection is needed. As with any hardwired fitting, installation should be carried out by a qualified electrician.

Where it works best

Its compact 35.5cm height and 3.53kg weight make the Small a practical choice for narrower walls, either side of a bedroom mirror, along a shorter hallway run, or in pairs flanking a dining room console. Quintiesse lists it as suited to bedrooms, dining rooms, kitchens, living rooms and bathrooms.
