Quintiesse Echelon 4 Light Pendant - Heritage Brass

Echelon is Quintiesse's take on Art Deco tiered lighting, and this four light pendant is the collection's most versatile size. Stacked rings step down in graduated width beneath a Heritage Brass frame, with each tier holding a softly glowing faux alabaster diffuser so the light reads as a warm, layered glow rather than a row of exposed bulbs.

The Heritage Brass finish

The steel frame is finished in Heritage Brass, a warm, slightly aged gold tone rather than a bright polished shine. It sits comfortably against dark timber, marble and other aged metal fittings, and pairs particularly well in rooms with traditional or Art Deco leaning furniture where a cooler chrome or nickel would feel out of place. The faux alabaster diffusers add a soft, stone like texture that diffuses the light rather than letting it glare.

How it works

This pendant takes 4 x E14 LED bulbs, which are not supplied. It is dimmable, but only if dimmable bulbs are fitted. The drop is adjustable between roughly 89.2cm and 150.2cm, so it can be set to suit different ceiling heights. As a Class I fitting it needs an earthed supply and should be installed by a qualified electrician.

Where it works best

At this size, the pendant suits living rooms, dining rooms, bedrooms and hallways looking for a statement centrepiece without the scale of a full chandelier. Its adjustable drop range makes it a good option over a stairwell too, provided you check the range against the actual ceiling height and the clearance you want above head height on the stairs.
