Quintiesse Cameno Linear Pendant - Matte Gold

Cameno's linear silhouette turns a run of edge lit LED panels into a single sculptural strip of light. The panels sit in a gentle offset pattern, casting light both across the ceiling and down onto whatever sits beneath, so the fitting reads as a design statement first and a highly functional pendant second.

Matte gold finish

Here the frame is finished in a soft matte gold, warm rather than shiny, with light glowing out through white acrylic diffusers. The gold tone catches ambient light without ever looking polished or brassy, which makes it a natural fit for dining spaces and living areas furnished in walnut, brass detailing, or richer, warmer palettes generally.

How it works

Rather than holding separate bulbs, Cameno's light comes from an integrated LED source built into the panels, rated 74W and around 4700 lumens of 3000K warm white light. Because there is nothing to unscrew and replace, the fitting is maintenance free for the life of the LED. It's dimmable, as long as it's connected through a compatible dimmer switch, and carries a Class II electrical rating, meaning it doesn't need to be earthed. Drop is adjustable from 33cm up to 170.2cm at the point of installation. The pendant and its cable are included in the box; a dimmer switch is not.

Where it works best

The 114.5cm width makes this a fitting for horizontal spaces, above a kitchen island, along a dining table, or spanning a run of open plan living space, where the offset panels spread light evenly rather than pooling it in one spot. At 9kg, it's substantial enough to need a proper load rated ceiling fixing, so it's worth planning the fixing point in advance rather than relying on an existing rose. The adjustable drop range also gives some flexibility in rooms with taller ceilings, letting the fitting sit closer to table height if needed.
