Quintiesse Booker Single Medium Wall Lantern - Aluminium

Scaled up from the smaller Booker wall lantern, this medium version has real presence, with a broader curved arm, coordinating knobs and clear seeded glass that give it the look of a carriage lantern built for a grander entrance. It suits front doors, garden walls and larger porches where a single fitting needs to hold its own.

The aluminium finish

The frame is aluminium and steel, finished in a silver tone that reads as understated rather than shiny, with clear seeded glass panels that soften the light rather than projecting it in a hard beam. It works well against brick, stone, render or dark painted timber, and pairs naturally with other pieces in the Booker range if you are lighting a run of wall.

How it works

A single E27 LED bulb, not supplied, sits inside the lantern housing. Choose a dimmable bulb if you want to run it on a dimmer circuit, as the fitting itself is dimmable only when dimmable bulbs are fitted. It mounts via a fixed wall bracket and curved arm, so there is no adjustable drop to plan for, just a wall fixing point.

Where it works best

At 38.2cm high, 21.9cm wide and projecting 21.4cm, this medium Booker is sized for a wider entrance, a garden wall, or either side of a larger front door where a smaller lantern would look underscaled. With an IP44 rating it is built to handle rain and general outdoor exposure, so it holds up well on an exterior wall through the year.
