Quintiesse Blakley 1 Light Wall Light Medium - Matte Black

The Quintiesse Blakley Medium Wall Light brings the same alabaster and steel pairing as its larger sibling into a more compact frame, making it easier to fit into tighter spaces without losing the material contrast that defines the range. At 40.6cm tall, it's sized for spots where the full length version would feel too dominant.

Matte black finish

Here the alabaster is held in a matte black steel frame that keeps the focus on the stone's natural veining. The flat black finish reads as understated and modern, and works well against pale walls where it can stand out, or dark walls where it recedes into the background.

How it works

A 13W integrated LED sits behind the alabaster, giving 800 lumens of warm 3000K light diffused softly through the stone. Since the LED is built in, there's no separate bulb to fit or replace, and the light dims when connected to a compatible dimmer switch. It's built to Class II standard, so it's double insulated and doesn't need a separate earth wire.

Where it works best

Its smaller footprint suits narrower wall spaces: beside a bathroom mirror, either side of a front door, along a corridor, or in a kitchen or dining room where a full sized fitting would crowd the wall. It's specified for bathrooms, dining rooms, hallways, kitchens and living rooms.
