Quintiesse Belle 3 Light Semi-Flush Fitting - Polished Nickel

The Belle 3 light semi flush fitting takes its shape from a rounded, decorative glass vessel that sits close to the ceiling rather than hanging down on a long drop. It is a pretty, gently traditional design that works equally well lighting a hallway or gathering three points of light above a dining table.

Polished Nickel

This version pairs clear seeded glass with arms and fittings finished in Polished Nickel. The plated steel has a bright, cool sheen that catches the light without being flashy, and sits comfortably alongside chrome taps, mirrored furniture or other nickel finished pieces in the same room. The seeded glass, with its gentle bubbles and small imperfections, softens the light and gives the fitting a handmade texture rather than a flat, glossy shade.

How it works

The Belle takes 3 x E14 LED bulbs, which are not supplied. Fit dimmable bulbs and the light can be dimmed on a compatible dimmer switch; with standard bulbs it will not dim. It is a Class I fitting, so it must be wired to an earthed supply, and installation should be carried out by a qualified electrician. As a semi flush design it sits directly against the ceiling, with no adjustable drop to set.

Where it works best

Standing 26.6cm high with a depth of 43.1cm, the Belle suits rooms where a pendant would hang too low or feel too heavy, useful over a hallway, landing, or a dining room with a modest ceiling height. At 4.4kg it is light enough to fit without special reinforcement, and its scale works equally well in living rooms, kitchens, dining rooms and hallways where a decorative but compact ceiling light is wanted.
