Quintiesse Axel 7 Light Semi-Flush Fitting -Heritage Brass

The seven light version of Axel takes the same low profile, ceiling hugging design as the smaller Axel fittings and scales it up, spreading seven articulating arms across a 144cm span. It's built for rooms that need to be properly lit from a fitting that still sits close to the ceiling, rather than a large pendant hanging down into the room.

Heritage brass finish

The frame and all seven arms are finished in heritage brass throughout, giving a warm, unified look across the whole width of the fitting. Clear glass shades sit at each light head, keeping the design open and letting the brass do the visual work. It's a finish suited to classic dining rooms and living spaces, and pairs naturally with other brass hardware in the room.

How it works

Axel 7 light takes 7 x E27 LED bulbs, which are not supplied, so you can select your own colour temperature and brightness. Each of the seven arms adjusts individually, allowing you to fan the light heads out or angle them towards specific areas of the room. Fit dimmable bulbs and it will dim; standard bulbs will not. This is a Class I fitting, meaning it must be connected to an earthed supply and fitted by a qualified electrician.

Where it works best

At 144cm wide, this is a fitting for larger rooms, long dining tables or open plan living and kitchen spaces where a single central pendant would look lost. Its low, flush fixing also makes it a practical option where ceiling height is limited but you still want a statement piece of lighting. At 14kg it's a genuinely heavy fitting, so it's essential to confirm the ceiling has a secure, load rated fixing point capable of taking that weight before installation.
