The Ashland Bay flush fitting in chrome brings a crisp, nautical look to the ceiling, sitting close to the surface rather than hanging down. It keeps the same clear seeded glass shade as the rest of the range, in a shape that suits rooms with lower ceilings or where a pendant is not wanted.
Polished chrome finish
The polished chrome finish has a bright, reflective quality that works well in contemporary bathrooms, particularly alongside white tiling, glass or chrome fittings. Its clear seeded glass shade softens the light from the two bulbs inside, keeping the glow diffused rather than harsh.
How it works
It takes two E27 bulbs, not supplied, dimming smoothly if dimmable bulbs are fitted. At just 15.4cm high, it sits close to the ceiling, useful where headroom is tight. It is rated IP44, protected against splashing water.
Where it works best
Measuring 30.5cm across, it is a practical choice for a shower room, en suite or any bathroom ceiling where a pendant would sit too low.
