Quintiesse Andover Single Medium Wall Lantern - Weathered Zinc

Inspired by the shape of vintage C-clamps, the Andover collection brings a distinctive industrial silhouette to the exterior of the home. This single medium wall lantern has a compact, upright profile that suits doorways, porches and narrower wall spaces where a bold statement piece would feel out of scale.

Weathered Zinc finish

The body is cast in aluminium and finished in Weathered Zinc, a muted, slightly textured grey tone designed to look at home against brick, render, timber or painted facades. The clear seeded glass panel adds a gentle, uneven texture to the light it casts, softening the glow rather than presenting a flat, uniform beam. It pairs naturally with other aged metal ironmongery, house numbers or door furniture in similar dark or weathered tones.

How it works

This lantern takes a single E27 LED bulb, which is not supplied. It is dimmable, but only if dimmable bulbs are fitted. It is rated Class I, so it needs a properly earthed electrical supply and should be installed by a qualified electrician. The fitting carries an IP44 rating, meaning it is protected against splashing water from any direction, which is what you want from a light mounted outdoors and exposed to the weather.

Where it works best

At 35.6cm high, 20.5cm wide and with a 22.5cm projection, this is the smaller of the two Andover wall lanterns, making it a good fit either side of a front door, along a porch, or on a garden wall where you don't want the fitting to dominate. At 2.8kg it is light enough to fix to most exterior wall types with standard fixings.
