Quintiesse Alford Place 6 Light Outdoor Linear Pendant - Museum Black

A long, linear pendant rather than a single lantern, the Alford Place 6 Light Outdoor Linear Pendant is built to hang over an outdoor table, bar or wide porch entrance. Six lights sit along a 101.6cm frame behind sealed, clear seeded glass, giving a row of soft, textured light rather than one bright point.

Museum Black finish

The frame is cast aluminium finished in Museum Black, paired here with clear seeded glass that gently diffuses the light rather than showing the bulbs directly. The slightly rippled texture of the seeded glass softens the look compared with the plain glass used elsewhere in the range, which suits a fitting meant to be looked at from below as much as it lights the space.

How it works

It takes 6 x E14 bulbs, not supplied, and dims only if dimmable bulbs are fitted. The pendant has an adjustable drop of between 53.2cm and 216.8cm, so check that range against your ceiling height and how much clearance you want before ordering, particularly under a covered veranda or low porch roof. It's a Class I fitting, needing an earthed supply and installation by a qualified electrician, and it's IP44 rated for outdoor and damp conditions.
