Miira Wall is a single hand blown glass globe held just off the wall by a slender arm, mounted to a small circular backplate. It's one of the simplest pieces in the Miira collection, built for anywhere a soft point of light is needed rather than a strong wash of illumination.
Brass finish and optic clear glass
This version pairs a brass coloured metal arm and backplate with an optic clear glass globe. The glass carries a subtle embossed pattern that catches and scatters the light as it passes through, giving a livelier, more textured glow than a plain globe, while the brass finish adds a warm, understated shine.
How it works
Miira Wall takes a single G9 lamp (7W). It's a hardwired fixture, so it needs to be connected by a qualified electrician rather than plugged in.

With an IP20 rating, Miira Wall is designed for dry indoor spaces. It suits hallways, living rooms and bedrooms, whether used alone as an accent or in pairs either side of a mirror, bed or fireplace.

How big is the Nuura Miira Wall Light? It is 285mm high, 140mm wide and projects 177mm from the wall. The globe is 140mm in diameter and the round backplate is 105mm across.
Does it need an electrician to install? We always recommend a qualified electrician installs this fitting. It is a hardwired wall light and is Class II rated.
Which bulb does it take, and can it be dimmed? It takes one G9 LED lamp, up to 7W, which is not supplied. It can be dimmed if you fit a dimmable G9 LED lamp that suits your dimmer circuit.
Can I use it in a bathroom? It is rated IP20, so it is for dry indoor rooms only, such as hallways, living rooms and bedrooms.
Can I return it? No. Nuura fittings are made to order, so they are non-returnable once ordered, unless an item arrives faulty.
Will the glass look exactly like the photos? The globe is mouth blown by hand, so each one varies slightly, and screens render colour differently. The optic clear glass has a subtle embossed pattern that scatters light across the wall. If you are unsure about size or colour, please call customer service.
