Nuura Miira Large 3 Light Chandelier - Brass & Opal Glass

Miira Large 3 gathers three of the collection's large, hand blown glass globes from a single round ceiling plate, with each pendant able to be adjusted to its own drop height. It has a fuller, more generous presence than the standard Miira chandelier, thanks to its larger globes. It is also a genuinely large fitting, with a maximum drop of 2500mm.

Brass finish and opal glass

This version combines a brass coloured ceiling plate and frame with three opal white glass globes. The opal glass diffuses the light evenly across the whole surface of each sphere for a soft, gentle glow, while the brass finish keeps the overall look warm and refined.

How it works

Miira Large 3 takes three G9 lamps (7W each). It's a hardwired fixture, so it needs to be connected by a qualified electrician rather than plugged in.

With an IP20 rating, this chandelier is designed for dry indoor spaces. Its spread of three adjustable globes suits a dining table, a kitchen island, or a stairwell where a single pendant would feel too small.

About Nuura

Nuura was founded in Copenhagen in 2017 by Sofie Refer, Nadia Lassen and Peter Østerberg. Miira Large 3 takes the collection's slender single pendant and multiplies it into a fuller, chandelier scale fitting.

Questions People Ask

How long can the drop be? Each pendant can be set to its own drop height, up to a maximum of 2500mm. The ceiling plate is 230mm across and each globe is 200mm in diameter.

Does it need an electrician to install? It is a hardwired ceiling fitting. We always recommend a qualified electrician installs this fitting.

What bulbs does it take, and can it be dimmed? It takes three G9 lamps of up to 7W each, supplied separately as the light source is not integrated. It can be dimmed if fitted with dimmable LED lamps suitable for your dimmer circuit.

Can I return it if I change my mind? No. Nuura fittings are made to order, so they are non-returnable once ordered, unless an item arrives faulty.

Will the glass look the same on every piece? The opal glass globes are mouth blown and the brass finish is hand finished, so small differences in colour and appearance from piece to piece are normal. Screens also show colour differently, so please call customer service if you are unsure.

Is it suitable for a bathroom or outdoors? No. It has an IP20 rating, so it is for dry indoor spaces only, such as a dining room, hallway or stairwell.
