Miira 8 Oval reworks Nuura's ring shaped chandelier into an elongated form, with eight glass globes spaced around an oval frame rather than a circle. It is built with longer tables in mind, so the light follows the shape of the table beneath it rather than sitting as a single central point.
Brass finish and optic clear glass
This version uses a brass coloured anodized aluminium frame, hung with eight optic clear glass globes. The glass carries a decorative embossed pattern that diffuses light unevenly across the surface, giving each globe a subtle sparkle, while the brass frame reflects that light gently along its curves for an extra warmth.
How it works
Miira 8 Oval takes eight G9 lamps (7W each). The frame measures around 80cm wide by 109cm long, the fitting stands about 24.5cm high, and it hangs from a ceiling plate roughly 14.8cm across. The suspension cable can extend up to 400cm, allowing the drop to be set for the room. It is a hardwired fitting and must be connected by a qualified electrician.
Where it works best
Its elongated shape suits long dining tables and large kitchen islands particularly well, running the length of the surface rather than sitting as one point of light. It also works in a spacious meeting room or open plan dining area, where an even spread of light across a wide table matters more than a single dramatic pendant.

The Oval chandeliers sit alongside the round Circular series within the Miira collection, sharing the same hand blown glass and construction but shaped specifically for rectangular tables.
