Miira 6 clusters six hand blown glass globes from a single ceiling plate, each suspended on its own cable rather than held in a fixed ring, so the pendants can be set at slightly different heights for a looser, more organic grouping. It's a vertical silhouette rather than the flat hoop shape of the Circular versions in the collection.
Rock grey finish and opal glass
This version combines a rock grey ceiling plate with six opal white glass globes. The opal glass diffuses light evenly across the whole surface of each globe, giving a soft, layered glow rather than a sharp point of light, with the muted grey tone of the hardware keeping the whole piece understated.
How it works
Miira 6 takes six G9 lamps (7W each). The ceiling plate measures around 32cm across, with the cluster of globes spreading to roughly 35cm, and each globe is about 14cm in diameter. Cable allows a drop of up to around 250cm per pendant. It's a hardwired fitting, so it must be connected by a qualified electrician.
Where it works best
It suits a dining table, a kitchen island or a stairwell well, anywhere a soft, layered glow from a cluster of six globes is wanted rather than a single pendant or a larger chandelier.

Nuura, the Danish brand behind the Miira collection, was founded in Copenhagen in 2017 by Sofie Refer, Nadia Lassen and Peter Østerberg. Miira 6 in opal glass leans into the soft, diffused side of the collection's lighting.
