Miira 4 gathers four hand blown glass globes into a single close knit chandelier, each one held on its own slender brass stem so the whole fixture reads as one considered piece rather than four separate lights. It's one of the more compact chandeliers in Nuura's Miira collection, making it a natural fit for spaces that want the drama of a multi light fitting without the scale of a full dining chandelier.
Brass and optic clear glass
The brass finish on Miira 4 has a warm, slightly muted gold tone that catches ambient light rather than shouting for attention. Each of its four globes is blown in optic clear glass, pressed with a fine ribbed texture that breaks the light into small glints and refractions as it passes through. Where opal glass softens a room, this pairing does the opposite, adding a touch of sparkle to the metalwork beneath it.
How it works
Each of the four globes takes its own G9 lamp, up to 7W, so the chandelier uses four lamps in total (not included). It hangs from a cable with a maximum drop of 250cm, and is a hardwired fixture that needs to be connected to the mains by a qualified electrician. It's rated IP20, so it's intended for dry indoor rooms only.
Where it works best
Miira 4's compact footprint suits dining tables, kitchen islands and entrance halls where a full sized chandelier would feel like too much. It also works well repeated in pairs along a run of worktop or above a console table in a hallway.
