Miira 3 is the smallest of the standard, vertical Miira chandeliers, gathering three hand blown glass globes onto one ceiling plate. It keeps the same light, narrow silhouette as the larger versions but at a scale suited to more modest spaces.
Brass finish and optic clear glass
This version pairs a brass finish with three optic clear glass globes. The glass has a fine embossed texture that scatters light into small points of sparkle rather than an even wash, and the brass frame reflects that light gently along its curves, adding its own warmth to the effect.
How it works
Miira 3 takes three G9 lamps (7W each). The fitting measures around 34.5cm high with an overall diameter of about 31cm, gathered at a ceiling plate roughly 20cm across. The suspension cable adjusts up to 250cm, so the drop can be set to suit the room. It is a hardwired fitting and needs to be connected by a qualified electrician.
Where it works best
Given its small scale, Miira 3 suits a compact dining table, a bedside spot, or a hallway where a chandelier effect is wanted without a large fitting. It also pairs well in twos or threes along a run of worktop or a longer table, spaced apart rather than clustered.
About Nuura
Nuura was founded in Copenhagen in 2017 by Sofie Refer, Nadia Lassen and Peter Østerberg. Designed by Sofie Refer, Miira 3 is the entry point into the collection's vertical chandelier format, sharing its glass and metalwork with the larger 4, 6 and 13 light versions.
