Nuura Liila Star Wall/Flush Light - Nordic Gold & Opal Glass

Liila Star arranges seven of the Liila collection's mouth blown glass spheres into a star shaped formation, each globe held on its own small metal disc radiating out from a central point. It reads as a single decorative fixture rather than a set of separate lights, closer to a piece of wall art than a conventional light fitting.

Nordic Gold and opal glass

This version pairs a warm Nordic Gold finish across all seven discs with opal white glass. The opal glass diffuses the light evenly through each globe, so the whole star glows softly and evenly rather than sparkling, with the golden metal adding warmth even when it's switched off.

How it works

Each of the seven arms takes its own G9 lamp, rated up to 7W, sold separately so you can choose the finish and dimmability you prefer. Liila Star is a hardwired fixture and must be connected by a qualified electrician. It's rated IP20, so it's designed for dry indoor spaces only. The fitting measures roughly 48.6cm wide and 54cm tall, projecting about 14.8cm from the wall or ceiling.

Where it works best

Liila Star works well as a statement piece above a dining table, in a stairwell, or on a low ceiling where a pendant wouldn't have room to hang. Because it can be mounted on the wall or ceiling, it also suits a feature wall where you want something more sculptural than a standard light fitting.
