Nuura Liila 7 Light Wall/Flush Light - Nordic Gold & Optic Clear Glass

Liila 7 multiplies the single sphere at the heart of Nuura's Liila collection into a run of seven, each mouth blown glass globe sitting on its own small circular backplate in warm golden metal. The result is a long, modular light sculpture that can be installed vertically or horizontally, and grouped with further Liila 7 units to build a bigger arrangement across a wall or ceiling.

Nordic Gold and optic clear glass

Here the Nordic Gold finish is paired with optic clear glass rather than opal, so the light source and the glass's own embossed, faceted texture are both visible through each globe. It gives the run a brighter, more sparkling character than the opal version, with small natural variations from one hand blown sphere to the next.

How it works

Liila 7 takes seven G9 lamps, one per arm, each rated up to 7W and sold separately so you can pick the finish and dimmability that suits your circuit. It's a hardwired fixture that must be connected by a qualified electrician, and its IP20 rating means it's designed for dry indoor rooms only. Overall it measures around 94.3cm by 55.4cm, with individual backplates of about 10.3cm and a projection from the wall of roughly 16.8cm.

Where it works best

Think a long dining room wall, a statement run above a bed in place of a headboard, or a hallway or staircase wall where a single pendant wouldn't reach. Turned horizontally, it also works nicely above a low sideboard or run of shelving.

About Nuura

Since its founding in Copenhagen in 2017, the Danish brand Nuura, led by designer Sofie Refer, has focused on mouth blown glass and warm toned metals across its collections. Liila is among the most adaptable of these, built around a single sphere that can be repeated into longer arrangements such as this seven light version.
