Nuura Liila 7 Light Wall/Flush Light - Nordic Gold & Opal Glass

Liila 7 takes the single sphere idea behind Nuura's Liila collection and repeats it seven times, each mouth blown glass globe held on its own small circular backplate in warm golden metal. Slim rods link the globes into a diamond shaped cluster, so it reads as much as a piece of wall sculpture as a light source, equally at home switched off as it is glowing. It is also a genuinely large fitting, 943mm wide and 554mm high.

Nordic Gold and opal glass

This version combines the warm, brushed Nordic Gold finish with opal white glass across all seven globes. Opal glass diffuses the light evenly through the whole surface of each sphere, so the cluster reads as a soft, gentle glow rather than seven individual points, while the golden discs behind them add a quiet warmth even when the lamp is off.

How it works

Each of the seven arms takes its own G9 lamp, rated up to 7W, and the lamps themselves aren't included so you can choose the exact colour temperature and dimmable option you prefer. Liila 7 is a hardwired fixture, so it needs to be connected by a qualified electrician, and it's rated IP20, which means it's intended for dry indoor spaces only. The fitting measures roughly 94.3cm by 55.4cm, with each globe 14cm across and the whole piece projecting about 16.8cm from the wall.

Where it works best

Liila 7 suits a feature wall in a dining room or living room, above a headboard, or in a long hallway where you want a sculptural cluster of light rather than a single fitting. If you are unsure about the exact size or colour for your space, please call our customer service team before ordering.

About Nuura

Nuura was founded in Copenhagen in 2017 by designer Sofie Refer together with Nadia Lassen and Peter Østerberg, and has built its name on mouth blown glass paired with warm metal finishes. The Liila collection puts that combination to playful use, multiplying a single glass sphere into runs and clusters like this one.

• IP20 rated: for dry indoor rooms only, not suitable for bathrooms or other wet areas.
• Hardwired fitting, must be installed by a registered electrician.
• Each of the seven arms takes one G9 lamp (max 7W), bulbs not included.
• This is a large fitting, 943mm wide, 554mm high and 168mm deep. Please check these measurements against your space before ordering.

Questions People Ask

How big is the Nuura Liila 7 wall light? It measures 943mm wide, 554mm high and 168mm deep, with seven globes of 140mm diameter. It is a large fitting, so please check the measurements against your wall before ordering.

Does it need an electrician to install? Yes, it is a hardwired Class I fitting. We always recommend a qualified electrician installs this fitting.

Are the bulbs included, and can it be dimmed? No, each of the seven arms takes one G9 LED lamp of up to 7W, supplied separately. It can be dimmed if you fit dimmable LED lamps that suit your dimmer circuit.

Can I return it if I change my mind? No. Nuura fittings are made to order, so they are non-returnable once ordered, unless an item arrives faulty.

Will the glass and gold finish look exactly like the photos? Not necessarily. The opal glass is mouth blown and the Nordic Gold parts are hand finished, so small differences in colour and finish between pieces are normal, and screens render colour differently. Please call customer service if you are unsure.

Can I use it in a bathroom? No. It is rated IP20, so it is for dry indoor rooms only.
