Nuura Liila 1 Light Small IP44 Wall/Flush Light - Light Silver & Opal Glass

Liila 1 Small is the smallest fitting in Nuura's Liila range, a single hand blown glass sphere mounted close to the wall on a slim circular backplate. It's designed to read as a small, precise detail rather than a fixture in its own right.

Light silver and opal glass

Here a light silver backplate, cool and softly brushed, sits behind an opal white glass sphere. The opal glass diffuses light evenly across the globe for a soft, even glow, and the pale silver metal keeps the whole piece understated, almost disappearing against light walls until it's switched on. It suits cooler, more minimal interiors, alongside chrome fittings or pale stone and tiling.

How it works

A single G9 lamp (7W) lights Liila 1 Small, which installs as either a wall light or a flush ceiling light. It's a hardwired fitting, so a qualified electrician is needed to connect it. It measures around Ø14cm and projects about 14.9cm from the wall or ceiling, with a backplate roughly 10cm across.

Where it works best

Its compact size suits tight corners, narrow landings, or a row along a corridor wall where a bigger fitting wouldn't fit comfortably.
