Nuura Blossi Wall Light - Nordic Gold & Opal Glass

Blossi Wall takes the slim, glowing silhouette of Nuura's Blossi collection and adapts it for the wall or ceiling rather than a table. A circular mouth blown glass shade in warm golden metal houses an integrated LED that glows softly through the glass, so the light source itself stays hidden and only the gentle, ambient wash remains.

Nordic Gold and opal glass

This version pairs the Nordic Gold finish, a warm, brushed golden metal, with an opal white glass shade. The opal glass fully diffuses the LED's light across its surface, giving an even, soft glow with no visible hotspot, while the golden rim adds a quiet touch of warmth even when it's switched off.

How it works

Blossi Wall uses an integrated, replaceable LED module rated at 8W, so there's no separate bulb to buy or swap, though the LED card itself can be replaced if it ever needs attention. It's a hardwired fixture and must be connected by a qualified electrician. It's rated IP20, which means it's designed for dry indoor spaces only, and it measures roughly 23cm across and 9cm deep from the wall or ceiling.

Where it works best

Think a hallway, landing, or either side of a bed or sofa where you want a soft wash of ambient light rather than direct illumination. It works well as a single fitting or in a pair, and its shallow depth means it sits close to the wall without intruding into the room.

About Nuura

Nuura was established in Copenhagen in 2017 by Sofie Refer, Nadia Lassen and Peter Østerberg, and has since developed a reputation for treating light as something that shapes a room's atmosphere. Blossi is one of its more technically driven collections, built around a specially developed LED card that spreads light gently through mouth blown glass rather than shining directly at the eye.
