Nuura Blossi Wall Light - Nordic Gold & Clear Glass

Blossi Wall takes the same considered approach to light as the rest of Nuura's Blossi collection and turns it into a circular wall or ceiling fitting. A shallow, mouth blown glass disc sits against a round metal backplate, with an integrated LED hidden behind the glass so what you see is a soft, even glow rather than a visible bulb.

Nordic Gold and clear glass

This version pairs the warm, brushed Nordic Gold finish with clear glass. The clear glass lets more of the LED's light through, giving a brighter, more golden cast with the gentle texture and small variations that come from a hand finished, mouth blown piece. Against darker walls or alongside brass hardware, it reads as a quiet, glowing disc rather than a fussy fitting.

How it works

Blossi Wall uses an integrated, replaceable LED rated 8W, built into the fitting itself rather than sitting in a separate lampholder. It's a hardwired fixture, so it needs to be connected by a qualified electrician rather than plugged in, and it can be fitted with a compatible dimmer as part of the installation. It's rated IP20, which means it's designed for dry indoor rooms only. Measuring 23cm across and projecting 9cm from the wall or ceiling, it sits close and flat once installed.

Where it works best

Blossi Wall suits hallways, staircases and living rooms where you want a flush, sculptural light rather than a pendant, and works equally well mounted on a wall or as a flush ceiling fitting in a lower ceilinged room.

Questions People Ask

Does the Nuura Blossi Wall light need an electrician to install? Yes, it is a hardwired fitting for a wall or flush ceiling. We always recommend a qualified electrician installs this fitting.

Can I return it if I change my mind? No. Nuura fittings are made to order, so they are non-returnable once ordered, unless an item arrives faulty.

Is the LED replaceable and can it be dimmed? The 8W LED is integrated and replaceable, and the fitting has an integrated dimmable driver. It gives 700 lumens at 2700K warm white with a CRI of 92.

What size is it? The glass is 230mm in diameter and the fitting projects 90mm from the surface. The round backplate is 143mm in diameter. It weighs 1.8kg.

Can I use it in a bathroom? No. It is rated IP20, so it is for dry indoor rooms only, such as hallways, staircases, living rooms and bedrooms.

Will the clear glass look exactly like the photos? Not exactly. The glass is mouth blown and the finish hand applied, so every piece differs slightly, and screens render colour differently. If you are unsure, call customer service before ordering.
