Apiales 6 Ceiling is the semi-flush version of Sofie Refer's Apiales design, with six slender metal arms unfolding from a central canopy like flower stalks, each carrying a small glass globe. Where the Apiales 6 chandelier hangs on an adjustable cable, this version sits close to the ceiling, making it a practical choice for rooms where a hanging pendant isn't suitable.
Satin black and opal glass
This version pairs the satin black finish with pure opal white mouth blown glass globes. Against the dark metal arms, the six pale globes stand out clearly, giving an even, soft glow without the fixture reading as a heavy or dominant piece.
How it works
Apiales 6 Ceiling takes six G9 lamps, each rated up to 5W, so you can fit LED lamps to suit the brightness you want. It's rated IP20, for dry indoor rooms only. As a semi-flush fitting it stands around 29cm proud of the ceiling and spreads to roughly 50cm across, on a 14.5cm ceiling plate, which makes it a good option for rooms with lower ceilings.
Where it works best
Bedrooms, landings, or any room with a standard or lower ceiling height where a hanging chandelier wouldn't sit comfortably.
