Apiales 18 is the largest chandelier in Nuura's Apiales collection, Sofie Refer's branching design in which eighteen slender metal arms radiate from a central point, each one carrying a small glass globe. It's built to fill a genuinely large space, whether that's a tall stairwell or a long dining table.
Satin black and opal glass
This version combines the satin black finish, a matte, deep black metal, with pure opal white mouth blown glass globes. The contrast between the dark arms and the pale, glowing globes gives this version a more graphic, contemporary look than the brushed brass alternative, while the opal glass still gives an even, soft light from every globe.
How it works
Apiales 18 takes eighteen G9 lamps, each rated up to 5W, giving plenty of scope to choose LED lamps for the brightness and warmth you want. It's rated IP20, for dry indoor rooms only. It hangs from a 14.5cm ceiling plate on cable adjustable up to 400cm, and measures around 48cm high by 89cm across once installed.
Where it works best
Grand entrance halls, double height stairwells, or suspended above a large dining table.

- IP20 rated: for dry indoor rooms only, not suitable for bathrooms.
- Takes 18 G9 lamps, each rated up to 5W (lamps not included).
- Supplied with a 14.5cm ceiling plate and cable adjustable up to 400cm drop.
- Hardwired fixture, must be installed by a registered electrician. Moonlight Design recommends a registered NICEIC electrician.
- Clean with a soft, dry cloth only, no household cleaners.
