This is the Chelsea Grande lantern head sold on its own, without the aluminium post. It suits anyone replacing a damaged head on an existing Chelsea Grande lamp post, or a bespoke installation using a post from elsewhere.

Choosing Copper, Head Only

The head is handmade from copper and left unlacquered, so it darkens and develops a natural patina over time exactly as the full lamp post version does, just without the post and base plate included.

How It Works

The lantern head takes 1 x LED E27 lamp (not included) behind a clear polycarbonate lens and carries an IP44 rating. It's designed to fit directly onto the Chelsea Grande post fitting.

Where It Works Best

This is a practical purchase rather than a standalone design choice, useful for replacing a weathered or damaged Chelsea Grande head, or for a custom post setup that needs a genuine Norlys lantern top.
