How It Works

The build is the same tough solid brass body found across the Mini Compass range, plated and finished in satin nickel and paired with a ribbed glass diffuser that spreads the light evenly rather than glaring. A single G9 lamp up to 25W (not supplied) powers the fitting, and it will dim smoothly on a mains dimmer if you choose a dimmable G9 bulb. The cable enters at the side through a cable gland for a neat, low profile installation, and the glass is held with thumb screws so replacing a bulb takes moments and no tools. It's rated IP44, so wind, rain and coastal damp are all accounted for.
