No two will look quite the same after a year outdoors, which is rather the point.

How It Works

Behind that living finish is a solidly built outdoor fixture. The body is solid brass, rated IP65 so it copes with rain and sea air without complaint, and a frosted glass diffuser spreads the light gently rather than glaring straight at you. It takes a single G9 lamp, sold separately, and mounts via a rear plate with concealed cable entry for a tidy finish against the wall.

Raw Brass suits exposed, coastal facing walls best, gateposts, harbour view porches, and garden boundaries where the salt in the air will do some of the styling work over time. Compared with the Antique Brass version, which arrives pre aged, Raw Brass starts life brighter and changes gradually, so choose this one if you want to watch the patina develop rather than have it already in place. Compared with Satin Nickel, it brings warmth and a traditional, well worn look rather than a cool contemporary sheen.
