Wiring runs in through a cable entry at the rear with a side gland connection, and it is designed to sit flush against the wall once mounted. It takes a single G9 lamp (not supplied), and the diffuser is secured in a way that needs a tool to remove, a small detail that matters when a fixture is going somewhere the public can reach it.
