Class II electrical protection with double insulation means no earth connection. The IP20 rating keeps it to dry indoor spaces only.

How is this different from the simpler amber version?
This one has chrome end caps rather than black, so it's slightly more visually complex. The chrome catches light and creates a focal point where the black version would stay understated.

Would chrome end caps clash with cool metalwork elsewhere?
Polished chrome is fairly neutral and adapts well. If you have warm bronze or brass elsewhere, chrome will feel slightly cooler but won't necessarily clash. It depends on the proportions and overall scheme.

Can I use this with cool colour walls?
