A Ceiling Fan That Changes Colour With Your Mood

The Mantra Rafaga is a ceiling fan and light in one fitting, built for rooms that need a bit of a breeze and a bit of atmosphere. Alongside its 50W integrated LED, it has an RGB colour changing light built in, so you get everyday white light for most of the year and a splash of colour when you want it.

The White Finish

This version comes in white, made from a mix of iron for the motor housing and blades, with PMMA and PC used for the light diffuser and trims. The white body keeps the fan visually light against a ceiling, so it sits comfortably in both modern and more classic rooms without drawing too much attention to itself.

How It Works

• The 30W DC motor drives the fan blades and is reversible, so you can run it one way in summer for cooling airflow and reverse it in winter to help circulate warm air back down into the room.
• The 50W integrated LED is dimmable and colour tuneable between 3000K and 6500K, with an RGB setting for a coloured wash of light.
• Everything, fan speed, light brightness, colour temperature and RGB colour, is operated from the supplied remote control.
• Maximum fan speed is 242rpm, moving around 117m of air per minute, with low noise operation.

Where It Works Best

With a 106cm diameter when the blades are out, the Rafaga is sized for medium rooms of around 10 to 20 square metres. It suits living rooms, bedrooms, dining rooms and home offices where you want both light and airflow from a single fitting, and works equally well in a child's bedroom thanks to the quiet motor.

Can I change the light colour without changing the fan speed?
Yes. The light and the fan are controlled separately from the same remote, so you can adjust brightness, colour temperature or the RGB setting without affecting how fast the blades are turning.

Does the fan reverse direction?
Yes. The 30W DC motor is reversible, so you can switch the airflow direction between a cooling summer setting and a winter setting that helps push warm air back down into the room.

Can I fit this to a wall dimmer switch instead of using the remote?
No. The DC motor isn't compatible with a wall mounted dimmer switch. Fan speed and light settings are controlled through the remote control supplied.
