The Niseko II's ring silhouette takes on a completely different character in this wood effect finish, its grain catching the light along the visible edge while a soft halo glows from beneath. At 65cm across, it is the largest ring in the Niseko II line, built to anchor a room rather than simply light it.

Choosing This Finish

This 65cm Niseko II is finished in a warm wood effect veneer that runs around the full circumference of the ring, giving it a more textured, organic look than the smooth painted options. Mantra also offers this size in gold, and the smaller 38cm and 50cm rings extend to white and black as well. The wood finish tends to suit spaces with natural materials already in play, such as timber flooring, rattan or linen, where a plain white or metallic ring might feel too clinical.

How It Works

A single integrated 50W LED runs around the inside of the ring, delivering up to 3760 lumens at a beam angle of roughly 145 degrees, so at this larger diameter the light still spreads evenly rather than pooling at the centre. The colour temperature is tuneable from 2700K to 5000K using the supplied remote, moving from a relaxed amber tone through to a brighter, cooler white. Colour rendering sits above 80 CRI, so the light stays true to colour rather than flattening it. There is no separate bulb involved, as the LED is built into the fitting.

Where It Works Best

This is the largest Niseko II ring pendant Mantra makes, and at 65cm it is sized to sit centrally over a dining table, above a large coffee table in an open plan living space, or in an entrance hall with generous ceiling height. The suspension is adjustable between 50cm and 200cm, giving flexibility for both standard and taller rooms. Compared with the 38cm and 50cm versions in this range, this size carries more visual weight on its own, so it works well as a single centrepiece rather than needing to be grouped or paired.
