A Dimmable Warm White E14 Golf Ball Bulb
This Luxram Value Classic is a 4W E14 LED golf ball bulb with clear glass and visible filament style LEDs. It gives 470 lumens of warm white 3000K light and is dimmable. If you are looking for a dimmable E14 golf ball LED bulb or a small screw cap filament bulb for a decorative fitting, this is a straightforward choice.
Clear Glass, Warm White Light
The round bulb has clear glass with four thin filament style LED strips inside, a look that suits fittings where the bulb is on show. The 3000K colour temperature is a warm white, a little crisper than a very yellow glow but still comfortable for living rooms, bedrooms and dining areas. Because the glass is clear rather than frosted, you will see the filaments when it is lit.
How It Works
The bulb has an E14 small Edison screw cap and runs from a 220 to 240V mains supply. It uses 4W and gives 470 lumens. Luxram's packaging shows it as a replacement for a 40W traditional bulb. It is dimmable, so it needs a suitable dimmer. Not every dimmer works with every LED bulb, so please check your dimmer manufacturer's compatibility list before you buy. Luxram states a rated life of 25,000 hours.
Where It Works Best
The E14 golf ball shape suits chandeliers, wall lights, pendants, table lamps and other decorative fittings with an E14 lamp holder. Before ordering, check that your fitting takes an E14 cap and that there is room for a bulb 73mm tall and 45mm across.
