Luxram Classic LED Globe E27 4W - Warm White 2700K - Clear Finish

A Clear Filament Globe Bulb with Vintage Styling

The Luxram Classic LED Globe is a 4W E27 LED globe bulb in warm white 2700K. It has a clear glass globe with visible LED filaments, which gives the look of an early Edison style lamp. If you are searching for an E27 LED globe bulb or a decorative filament bulb for an exposed fitting, this is a good match.

Clear Glass and Warm White Light

The glass is clear rather than frosted, so you see the filaments inside when the bulb is off and a bright glowing line of light when it is on. The 2700K colour temperature is a soft warm white, close to the glow of a traditional incandescent bulb, which suits living rooms, dining areas and bedrooms.

How It Works

The bulb has an E27 screw cap, often called a large Edison screw, and runs from a 220 to 240V mains supply. It uses 4W. Luxram states the range is designed to save around 90 percent on energy costs compared with traditional bulbs, though we have not verified a figure for this exact model. We do not list this bulb as dimmable, so please do not use it on a dimmer switch.

Where It Works Best

A clear globe is made to be seen, so it works best in open fittings such as bare bulb pendants, wall lights, table lamps and cluster lights with no shade over the glass. It measures 95mm across and 130mm high, so check there is enough room in the fitting for that size and that it takes an E27 cap before you buy.
