LuxR Replacement Modux 1 Wayfinder LED

A Replacement Cree LED for LuxR M1 Wayfinder, Saber and Halo

This is a replacement Cree LED with a maximum of 1 watt, made for the LuxR M1 Wayfinder, Saber and Halo fittings. It lets you replace the light source in these fittings without replacing the whole light.

How It Works

Choose the colour temperature you want. 2200K is a very warm glow, 2700K and 3000K are warm white, and 4000K is a crisper neutral white. These fittings are low voltage and run from a constant current driver.

Moonlight Design recommends that all lighting should be installed by a registered NICEIC electrician.

Questions People Ask

Which LuxR lights does this LED fit?

It is a replacement LED suitable for LuxR M1 Wayfinder, Saber and Halo fittings.

Is this the same LED as the standard Modux 1 LED?

No. The Wayfinder, Saber and Halo fittings have their own replacement LED, so use this one for those and the standard M1 LED for other M1 fittings.

Which colour temperature should I choose?

Choose 2200K for a very warm glow, 2700K or 3000K for warm white, or 4000K for a crisper neutral white.

Do I need an electrician to fit it?

The fitting is part of a low voltage lighting installation, so we recommend that a registered NICEIC electrician carries out the work.
