This listing is finished in titanium, a tone that reads noticeably darker and more understated than plain stainless steel, suiting slate, render or dark timber backgrounds. If you would rather a true matt black look, the Alvaspot is also made in a black finish. There are no mounting variants to choose here, this is a single fixed wall spotlight ready to install as supplied.

How it works

Power runs straight from the mains with no driver to install, and the head takes a single GU10 lamp rated up to 20W, fitted after purchase since the bulb itself is not included. The head tilts up to 90 degrees and swivels through a full 360 degrees, so the beam can be pointed at almost any angle from one fixed base. Anodised aluminium and tempered glass give it an IP65 rating, holding up against salt laden coastal air as well as ordinary garden weather.

Where it works best

The Alvaspot is designed for flat vertical surfaces, walls, fence posts and decking uprights, rather than being staked into a border. It works well as an uplight for render or brickwork, or paired with matching AlvaLED spike lights nearby for a coordinated scheme across a garden.
