The AlvaLED spike light trades the usual black or silver garden spotlight for a warm, coppery Cocoa finish, so it reads as a design feature in daylight rather than just hardware doing a job after dark.

Choosing Your Colour Temperature

This Cocoa finish is available with a 6W integral CREE COB LED in either Warm White (3000K) for a golden, traditional glow or Daylight White (6500K) for a cleaner, more modern beam. Both use the same fitting and mounting hardware, so the choice comes down to the mood you want in the space.

How It Works

An integrated CREE COB LED chip is built into the head, so there is no separate bulb to buy or replace, and a driver is built in too, meaning the light connects straight to mains power. Output runs to roughly 750 lumens in Daylight White or 680 lumens in Warm White, wired in parallel so several units can be run together on the same circuit. The head tilts through around 180 degrees for precise aiming.

Where It Works Best

Use the U shaped bracket to surface mount it on a wall, fence post or deck edge, or push the supplied ground spike into a border or lawn for a freestanding uplight. Its anodised aluminium body and IP65 rating hold up well against rain and coastal air, and the Cocoa finish sits particularly well against timber decking, brick and planting where a black fitting would look stark by contrast.

No, the LED is integrated into the fitting rather than a separate bulb, so the colour temperature is fixed at the point you choose Warm White or Daylight White.
