Some bollard and post fittings ask a lot of a small bulb. This mini corn bulb answers with 1700 lumens from a body barely wider than a finger, so tall outdoor fittings get proper brightness without the bulk of a full sized lamp.

Choosing the Right Colour Temperature

This listing is the Warm White version, giving a soft 3000K glow that suits pathways, entrances and anywhere you want an inviting rather than clinical light. If you would rather have a crisper, whiter light for the same fitting, Lumena also produces this corn bulb in Daylight White as a separate listing.

How It Works

Fifty one San'an 5630 LED chips are arranged across the bulb, seven along each of the six side panels and two more on the top, so light is thrown outward in every direction rather than in one beam. Sectioned polycarbonate covers sit over the chips to protect them without dulling the output, and the whole bulb screws into a standard E27 (ES) fitting.

Where It Works Best

The slim 35mm body was designed to slot into fittings with narrow internal diameters, where a standard corn bulb simply will not fit. It works well as a replacement in a range of Lumena bollard and path lights, including the Pathos 316, Stellus Pathos, Domus, Lighthouse, Parabola, Fortress and Marina ranges, wherever a taller fitting needs strong, even light rather than a single hotspot.

Will this fit my existing bollard or post light?
Its narrow 35mm body was made for fittings with limited internal space, and it is a match for a number of Lumena ranges including Pathos 316, Domus, Lighthouse, Parabola, Fortress and Marina. If you are unsure whether it will fit a different fitting, check the internal diameter against the 35mm measurement before ordering.

Does the light spread evenly, or is it a single beam?
Evenly. With LED chips positioned around all six side panels and across the top, the bulb casts light outward in every direction rather than focusing it forward like a spotlight.
