The Louis Poulsen PH 5 Mini Pendant Light in its Metallic finishes brings a warmer, more reflective character to one of the most admired pendants in Danish design. Poul Henningsen created the original PH 5 in 1958, and Louis Poulsen introduced this smaller version in 2017, built faithfully to his drawings with a top shade of 30cm. Finished in Brass or Copper, the metal shades catch and return light with a soft glow that suits dining tables, kitchen islands and hallways beautifully.

Every PH light is engineered around how light reaches the eye rather than around decoration alone. Henningsen built the PH 5 on his multi shade system, a set of precisely curved shades that conceal the lamp completely and guide its light onto carefully calculated surfaces. The result is comfortable, glare free illumination directed downward while the fitting glows gently from within. With warm metallic shades, that glow takes on a particularly rich, inviting quality.
