The Waterloo Small Sealed Rod Pendant is built around a smooth, softly tapered teardrop of hand blown glass, held on a rigid rod rather than a cable. That sealed, one piece silhouette gives it a neat, self contained look wherever it hangs, whether it is used on its own or lined up in a row.

Choose Your Finish

This pendant ships in your choice of hand blown glass and plated metal finish, chosen when you order. These photos show it in opaque white glass on a brass finish, but Leverint blows the same shade in ribbed, fine ribbed, ribbed twist and fine ribbed twist glass too, and plates the rod and canopy in polished brass, brushed brass, weathered brass, bronze, polished nickel or satin nickel, so you can match it to the rest of your scheme.

How It Works

Each pendant takes a single 1.5W max G9 bulb, not supplied as standard, and is mains dimmable when paired with a compatible dimmer switch and bulb. It comes with a 1m rod as standard, with bespoke lengths available on request, and the glass shade itself is a sealed form rather than an open one. As with all Leverint fittings, we recommend having it installed by a registered NICEIC electrician.

Leverint is a hand blown glass lighting studio based in Enfield, London, where every shade is shaped by hand rather than cast from a mould. The studio draws on more than a century of glassblowing experience through its parent company, G Farley and Sons, and its founders, Andrew Print, John Leveridge and Lee Rowland, bring decades of combined lighting design and glass artistry to each piece.

Can I choose the glass and metal finish separately?

Yes. The Waterloo Small Sealed Rod Pendant is ordered with a glass option, ribbed, fine ribbed, opaque white, ribbed twist or fine ribbed twist, and a plated metal finish, polished brass, brushed brass, weathered brass, bronze, polished nickel or satin nickel, chosen independently, so you can mix and match to suit your room.

Does it come with a bulb?

No. It takes a single 1.5W max G9 bulb, which is not included, so you will need a suitable bulb before installing it.

Can it be dimmed?

Yes, it is mains dimmable when used with a compatible dimmer switch and dimmable bulb.

Can I get a longer rod than 1m?

The pendant ships with a 1m rod as standard. Leverint can make bespoke rod lengths on request, so contact Moonlight Design before ordering if you need a different drop.

How big is the glass shade?

The teardrop shade measures 150mm in diameter and 250mm in height, which keeps it compact enough for a single drop or a multiple pendant run.
