The Victoria Medium Pendant carries a long, barrel shaped glass shade that narrows gently at the top and base, wrapped around a single vertical bulb so the light source sits in full view. It is one of Leverint's most requested pendant shapes, and its clean lines make it just as at home hung singly over a table as clustered in multiples at staggered heights.

Choose Your Finish

This pendant ships in your choice of hand blown glass and plated metal finish, chosen when you order. These photos show it in clear glass on a dark, bronze toned metal, but Leverint blows the same shade in ribbed, fine ribbed, transparent black, opaque white, ribbed twist and fine ribbed twist glass too, and plates the fitting in polished brass, brushed brass, weathered brass, bronze, polished nickel or satin nickel, so you can match it to the rest of your scheme.

How It Works

Each pendant takes one E27 bulb, up to 40W, which is not supplied as standard so you can pick the warmth and style you want. A vintage style filament bulb works particularly well with the exposed lamp look shown in these photos. It is mains dimmable when paired with a compatible dimmer switch and bulb. The shade measures 150mm in diameter and 300mm in height, and hangs on 1 metre of fabric sleeved cable as standard. As with all Leverint pendants, we recommend installation by a registered NICEIC electrician.

Where It Works Best

Its slim, vertical shape makes it a natural fit for kitchens, especially hung in multiples over an island or breakfast bar, and it works just as well in a living room, dining room, bedroom or hallway. Leverint is a hand blown glass lighting studio based in Enfield, London, where every shade is shaped by hand rather than cast from a mould. According to Leverint, the studio draws on more than a century of glassblowing experience through its parent company G Farley and Sons, and its founders bring decades of combined lighting design and glass artistry to every piece they make.

Yes. This pendant is made to order, so you choose the glass (clear, ribbed, fine ribbed, transparent black, opaque white, ribbed twist or fine ribbed twist) and the metal finish (polished brass, brushed brass, weathered brass, bronze, polished nickel or satin nickel) when you place your order.

Does it come with a bulb?

No, it is supplied without a bulb. It takes one E27 bulb rated up to 40W, so you can choose the shape, tone and brightness that suits the space.

Is it dimmable?

Yes, the Victoria Medium Pendant is mains dimmable when it is fitted with a compatible dimmer switch and dimmable bulb.

How many can I hang together?

There is no fixed limit. Leverint's own photography shows the Victoria shade grouped in cascading clusters of three, five and more over stairwells and kitchen islands, each set at a different drop for a layered effect.

How long is the cable?

It hangs on 1 metre of fabric sleeved cable as standard, measured from the ceiling rose to the top of the glass shade.
