The Swanley Large Pendant takes its shape from a wide, fluted bell, its glass ribbed from crown to rim and finished with a soft, wavy edge that catches the light along every curve. It hangs on a single cable from a plated ceiling rose, giving a single strong pendant plenty of presence over a table or island.

This pendant ships in your choice of hand blown glass and plated metal finish, chosen when you order. These photos show it in clear glass on a nickel finish, but Leverint blows the same shade in ribbed, fine ribbed, transparent black and opaque white glass too, plus ribbed twist and fine ribbed twist for a more textured look, and plates the fittings in polished brass, brushed brass, weathered brass, bronze, polished nickel or satin nickel, so you can match it to the rest of your scheme.

How It Works

The pendant takes one E27 bulb, up to 40W, which is not supplied as standard so you can choose the tone and brightness you want. It is mains dimmable when paired with a compatible dimmer switch and dimmable bulb. The shade hangs on a 1 metre cable as standard, measuring 320mm across and 210mm in height. We recommend installation by a registered NICEIC electrician.

Made By Leverint

Leverint is a hand blown glass lighting studio based in Enfield, London, where every shade is shaped by hand rather than cast from a mould. The studio says it draws on more than a century of glassblowing experience through its parent company, G Farley and Sons, and its founders, Andrew Print, John Leveridge and Lee Rowland, bring decades of combined lighting design and glass artistry experience to each piece.
