Eight Fine Twist Globes Falling From A Round Plate
The Pimlico Cascade Sealed Cluster 8 Way Rod hangs eight hand blown glass globes from one round ceiling plate, each on its own finished rod. In the photo the globes are clear glass with a fine twisted pattern, and the rods are cut to different lengths so one globe hangs high in the centre while the others sweep down and outward on either side. The shades are closed ones, which Leverint calls sealed. This is a large multi pendant fitting made to your specification, so its overall width and drop depend on the layout and drop lengths you choose. This is a made to order cluster hung from a single ceiling plate, and Leverint makes it to your own specification rather than to a fixed size. Leverint states that its choices include hand blown glass and finished metalwork, and the glass, metal finish, drop lengths and LED bulb are agreed with the Moonlight team when you request a quote. How It Works
Eight rods hang from the round ceiling plate, and each rod carries one globe with its own E27 lamp holder, so the cluster takes eight bulbs. Bulbs are not included, and Leverint lists 8W LED as the maximum for each lamp. Leverint lists the fitting as mains dimmable, so a compatible dimmer and dimmable LED bulbs will let you adjust the light through the day, and it states that the electrical components are UKCA and CE certified. As a hardwired ceiling fitting it should always be installed by a qualified electrician, ideally one who is NICEIC registered, who can also confirm the ceiling can support it. Where It Works Best
Eight globes on a round plate suit a space where the cluster can be seen from all sides: the centre of an open plan living room, a round dining table, a landing or a wide entrance hall. The staggered drops mean the glass is seen at different heights from wherever you stand, so it looks full without feeling heavy. It needs a good ceiling height to carry the longer drops, so a very low room would suit a smaller cluster better.

Leverint is a hand blown glass lighting studio in Enfield, London, where glassblowers shape every globe by hand rather than casting it in a mould. The studio says it draws on more than a century of glassblowing experience through its parent company, G Farley and Sons.
