Three Tall Glass Cylinders At Staggered Heights
The Piccadilly Sealed Cluster 3 Way Rod is a trio of tall, slim glass cylinders, each hanging from its own finished rod. In the photo the three shades are ribbed clear glass and sit at three different heights, so the light is spread vertically rather than all at one level. The shades are closed ones, which Leverint calls sealed. It is a multi pendant fitting made to your specification, so its overall size depends on the layout and drop lengths you choose. Please check your space before you request a quote.
Made to Your Specification
The Piccadilly cluster is made to order and hung from a single ceiling plate. Leverint builds it to your specification rather than to a set size, and states that its choices include hand blown glass and finished metalwork. The glass, metal finish, drop lengths and LED bulb are agreed with the Moonlight team when you request a quote, and the ribbed glass on brass toned rods in the photo is a guide rather than a fixed choice. We confirm the final price in your quote, so please contact our team to request one.
How It Works
Three rods hang from the ceiling plate, and each carries one shade with its own E27 lamp holder, so the cluster uses three bulbs. Bulbs are not included, and Leverint lists 8W LED as the maximum for each lamp. Leverint lists the fitting as mains dimmable, which suits a compatible dimmer with dimmable LED bulbs, and states that its electrical components are UKCA and CE certified. Because it is a hardwired ceiling fitting, it should always be installed by a qualified electrician, ideally one who is NICEIC registered. Leverint confirms this fitting is rated IP44, so it is suitable for bathroom use. Our guide to bathroom lighting zones explains what is allowed where. An E26 version for the US is available on request.
Where It Works Best
Three narrow shades take up very little width, which makes this a good fit for a stairwell, a landing or a tall entrance hall where you want height rather than spread. It also works above a bedside run, a reading corner or the end of a kitchen island, where a full chandelier would be too much. Leave the drops at different lengths and the cluster looks relaxed and informal, or ask for a tighter set if you prefer a tidier line.
Made By Leverint
Leverint is a hand blown glass lighting studio in Enfield, London, where glassblowers shape each shade by hand rather than casting it in a mould. The studio says it draws on more than a century of glassblowing experience through its parent company, G Farley and Sons.
