A Sculpted Glass Statement

The Monument XL takes the classic glass globe and gives it real presence. Hand blown in one continuous piece, the wide sphere is left with gentle folds and dimples around its widest point, so light catches the surface differently from every angle. At 400mm across it reads as a proper focal point above a kitchen island or dining table, not just another pendant.

Choose Your Finish

This pendant ships in clear hand blown glass with a plated metal finish you choose when you order. These photos show it in that clear glass on a bronze finish, but Leverint plates the same fitting in polished brass, brushed brass, weathered brass, polished nickel or satin nickel too, so you can match it to the rest of your scheme.

How It Works

It takes one E27 bulb, up to 40W, which is not supplied as standard, so you can fit the warm filament lamp of your choice. The fitting is mains dimmable when paired with a compatible dimmer switch and dimmable bulb. It hangs on a fabric sleeved cable with a one metre drop as standard. We recommend installation by a registered NICEIC electrician.

Where It Works Best

Its scale suits living rooms, dining rooms and kitchens, especially hung low over an island or table, and it works equally well as a statement piece in a bedroom or a well proportioned hallway.

Made By Leverint

Leverint is a hand blown glass lighting studio based in Enfield, London, where every shade is shaped by hand rather than cast from a mould. The studio draws on more than a century of glassblowing experience through its parent company G Farley and Sons, and its founders Andrew Print, John Leveridge and Lee Rowland bring decades of combined lighting design and glass artistry to every piece they make.
