The Mixed Cascade Sealed Cluster 5 Way Rod gathers five hand blown glass shades on five finished rods, and no two shades are the same shape. The photo shows a round globe, a slim capsule, a pear, a tall cylinder and a teardrop, all hung at different heights so the glass falls in a loose cascade rather than a tidy row. The shades are closed ones, which Leverint calls sealed. This is a large multi pendant fitting made to your specification, so its overall size depends on the layout and drop lengths you choose. How It Works
The five rods hang from one ceiling plate, and each rod carries a single shade with its own E27 lamp holder. Bulbs are not included, and Leverint lists 8W LED as the maximum for each lamp. Leverint lists the fitting as mains dimmable, so it can be used with a compatible dimmer and dimmable LED bulbs, and says its electrical components are UKCA and CE certified. As a hardwired ceiling fitting it should always be installed by a qualified electrician, ideally one who is NICEIC registered. Where It Works Best
A mixed cluster like this suits a space with some height to fill, such as a double height hallway, a stairwell or the entrance to an open plan living room. Over a dining table it can stand in for one large pendant, with the different shade shapes catching the light from different angles. In a room with a standard ceiling height, ask for shorter drops so the lowest shade stays well clear of head height.
